These terms govern your use of Nova, made by Elion Labs. By using Nova, you agree to them.

What Nova is

Nova is a wellness and habit tool that reads your meals, tracks your hydration, and reflects your body data to help you eat and feel better.

Not medical advice

Nova does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its scores, readings, and suggestions are for general wellness only. Always talk to a qualified health professional before changing your diet, fasting, or health routine, especially if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or taking medication. Do not use Nova as a substitute for professional care.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it. Connect only accounts and devices that belong to you.

Acceptable use

• Use Nova for your own personal, non-commercial wellness.
• Don't misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

Connected services

Nova can connect to services like Oura, Apple Health, and smart scales. Your use of those is also governed by their own terms. Nova is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

Availability

We work to keep Nova running well, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or perfectly accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Elion Labs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Nova.

Changes

We may update Nova and these terms. For significant changes we'll update the date above and notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
